Kay intertwines her own experiences of training in the United Kingdom and her 29 years of experience as a teacher to help students understand the concepts she is teaching. She has the unique ability to break steps down so even the newest learner will understand the exercises. She also knows the importance of keeping the work simple. Mediumship is hard enough as it is so her motto is to keep it simple.
